Providing GoWireless a Seamless Digital Experience
We worked with GoWireless, the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States, on a redesign of their web experience. The solution was designed responsively to be performant at any size and form factor. Close attention was paid to the store locator, which was completely overhauled in the redesign, with a focus on making it simple for users to explore different locations quickly and easily.
While the online store was still hosted and controlled by Verizon, we designed the experience to be seamless with the eCommerce component. New products and services are pulled in dynamically, so, while we had no control of the store, the site felt cohesive from end to end. Aesthetically, we had to adhere to Verizon’s band standards and guidelines, but utilized distinct imagery and typography and UX choreography to separate GoWireless from Verizon. The entire site was built on a robust content management system so that GoWireless’s marketing team could update the experience regularly. To that end, we crafted a suite of reusable components that could be leveraged and repurposed by GoWireless throughout the experience, making it a breeze to add new content.
