Improving Mobile Ordering for Outback Steakhouse
We redesigned the existing online ordering experience for Outback Steakhouse. Using Google’s design sprint methodology paired with extensive user testing and interactive prototypes, UX, UI, and accessibility improvements were suggested for development.
Design decisions were based on key analytics provided by executive stakeholders, testing of competitors sites in correlation with elaborations on internal design revisions, and conversion rates from the existing site’s funnel.
Mobile best practices were used to design solution that cut order times down 65%. Wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, style guide, and clickable prototypes were created for approval and handed off to developers.
